Favorite protein sources, (maybe alkaline too?)

Hi, I need 75-100 grams of protein now, 1st week of my 2nd trimester. I was just wondering if anyone knew any facts, just yell it out, I will look it up, I need to count them any way. Maybe asian foods are high too. I am eating tempeh, miso and seaweed and sunflower and pumpkin seed butters this week. Oh, and spinach. Tempeh is not really raw, I found out, but very good for you if you eat it after the fermenting process raw, does that count? I am in transition mode for sure. Just wondering what raw protein sources you love the most. Alkaline is a great choice for me right now. And I am getting very conflicting information about almonds being alkaline. So if you post your food, could you note (if you care) whether you think or have read it to be alkaline? It seems like guess work right now.
