I have been incorporating raw into my diet slowly over the last month or so. Yesterday i only ate raw fruit(apples,coconut), veg (broccoli, peppers,mushrooms,saukraut,carrot,cabbage,tomato), a little raw chocolate and some seeds and dried fruit, which is quite a bormal day for me but for some reason this morning i had an upset tummy, very liquid stool, kind of fluffy.........bad stomach pains too. Reminds me of when i had ibs last year. Just ate some live yoghurt and a banana to try and see if that would help.....
I realise this much fibre will have strange effects...do you reccomend a juice diet for a few days? Im on holiday for another week but could do it when i get home? Any help would be great, thanks!

Some vegetables are actually harder to digest raw than they are slightly cooked. Broccoli and cabbage are included in that category. If you aren't 100% raw you might try steaming your broccoli before you eat it. I've never had an issue with raw cabbage, I eat it all the time but I rarely eat raw broccoli, it can be really tough to digest.
