Yep, go for for simple meals made out of fruit.
This way you avoid the processed food, and get tons of nutrients, and energy.
I also suggest reading 80 10 10 book.
Here is a simple recipe:
4 bananas in a blender with handful of your favorite berries or a whole kiwi skin on.
enough water to make it blend.
enjoy.
Hi Amy,
Welcome along, I'd recommend you start simple and see how things go.
Maybe you could have fruit for breakfast, or a green smoothie (banana, spinach, berries is a great one and you can't taste the greens!).
For lunch you could have a big salad with a nice dressing, then dinner could be something more adventurous like zucchini 'pasta' and sauce or a soup or even another salad/smoothie/fruit, depending on your time and/or abilities.
Snacks throughout the day could be fruit, crackers, veggies and dips, fresh juices, nuts/seeds, etc.
