Not on personal experience, and I suppose throwing things I've heard isn't any better than doing a google search. But two I can think of off the top of my head is pineapple and Dr. Woods Pure Black Soap & Shea Butter(got some for use as a body wash, it was okay but doesn't really foam up well so you have to use more of it per shower than I'd like, didn't use it for a moisturizer but it says something about it on the bottle).
Supporting the skins elasticity and collagen formation will help reduce and prevent further wrinkles.
Vitamin C, Silica, Amino acids and copper are the main factors. The same will help prevent stretch marks etc. Going with food sources is best, silicas abit of a hard one as its poorly absorbed and gets even worse with ages as stomach acid declines.
Good silica sources are dark leafy green vegetables, seaweeds, nettle leaf, alfalfa and if you wish to supplement then food grade diatomaceous earth is best.
Gosh, I've had a (couple of) worry line(s) on my forehead since I've been ~16 yrs. old (I raise my eyebrows a lot; scrunch my forehead when thinking). I've grown used to it...but, it would be nice to reduce it (them). Great question; great responses. Thx. :)
