I wouldn't recommend making a green smoothie ahead of time, unless it's just a few hours in advance. In my experience the greens start to go bitter. What works as a time saving tip is have all your green smoothie ingredients washed and pre-cut ahead of time ideally in a glass container, then you can simply dump contents into your blender with some water and blend away.
Not only will oxidation cause a major loss to the vitamin content, it wont stay fresh for that long.
Not even a day in my opinion ive left excess glasses of smoothie in my fridge overnight and even then they have went off.
If time is an issue with preparing all the produce then you could try putting 10 minutes before bed cleaning and cutting what you need for the next days smoothies etc.
