Sinusitis and hipertrophic rinithis

Hi. I have been diagnosed with the 2 conditions mentioned in the title. They destroyed my life, literraly. I have a permanent head, ears, eye and face/ neck pressure, making my life miserable. I think going exclusively raw vegan is the last soolution to deal with that chronic inflamation. Have you dealed with this conditions?

    That must be miserable! 

    I've had some sinus issues over the years but none recently, so maybe a raw diet does help. I hope it does for you.
