I am just curious to see if there are any other folks on here who have had gastric bypass in the past like me. If that's you, give me a holler, and let's chat about our experiences with going raw!

    I have a friend who eats a primarily vegan-based diet after gastric bypass but I think she is worried about getting enough nutrients because I know she supplements a lot.
