Vegetarians and vegans tend to be a lot lighter, and the heavier you are, the thicker your bones grow to support your weight.

I think people who consume a lot of dairy have lower bone density. A lot of vegetarians consume extra dairy products.
When I went mostly or a lot raw, my weight did not change but my size shrank. I'll assume I got denser, younger tissues perhaps denser bones.
Employee assessment services help organizations measure the skills, knowledge, and job readiness of their staff through structured evaluations. These assessments are important for hiring, training, and promoting the right talent. For roles in education, especially paraprofessionals, tools like the ParaPro Assessment from ETS are commonly used to check abilities in reading, writing, and math, as well as how well a person can support teachers in the classroom. Services like parapropracticetest offer helpful resources to prepare for such assessments, making it easier for candidates to succeed. Using the right assessment tools ensures better team performance and more informed HR decisions.
