I love Mache, my mother grows it in her greenhouse in the severe winters of Maine. I don’t know that much about it but it must be hearty.

thats so funny.. the same thing happened to me. I was at Whole Foods and it really caught my eye. Apparently it has a lot of B vitamins and anti-stress and anti-fatigue properties. I got good info on it from this site
And it IS very beautiful
The box says it’s a nutty flavor. The texture was soft like a flower petal. I drank mine in a juice… and it didn’t have a strong flavor.
