sweet potato question

i’ve had some sweet potatoes lying around for a while, and i was going to use them today. they’ve sprouted little roots. i assume they are still good to eat (proof that they are living food?), but i wanted to make sure. should i go for it or toss them in the backyard?

    Go for it! :) As long as they taste good! :) If they’ve sprouted, that means they are more digestible, too.
