How to make nut butter

I just bought a food processor today. To make but butter do I just throw the nuts in there and process until it magically turns into nut butter?

I’ve seen it done on YouTube, although I haven’t done it. Apparently the oilier nuts don’t require too much work or additional oil, but nuts like almonds need more.

i think my humble braun 600 Watts food processor might burn out if i were to make nut butter.
