I was thinking a marinade using all the flavors: green chilis, onions, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, coriander, (sometimes coconut). But what would you use for the base of the marinade? Like water or coconut water or oil? Then could I throw the mixture into the dehydrator for a while to get a cooked-ish texture?
