Grounding raw foods


Hey everyone! I’m one of those people who need to feel grounded and centered to feel at peace. I was wondering if everyone could suggest some foods you find grounding?

    nuts & seeds (especially chia), avocados, maca….for a supplement/powder- Healthforce has a great product called “Earth” . I imagine that sprouted grains are pretty grounding too, but I don’t eat any of those so I can’t comment there….

    boston lettuce, avocado, bananas, apples – they’re soothing foods, as they are easy to digest, simple, and nutritious.
