Hey all, just wondering if anyone had any insight into collagen and elastin supplements for the skin…pill/lotion? Been noticing fine lines and wrinkles and do not like it argg! Anyone take anything for this? How much is an adequate amount if in pill form? What lotions do you use for this?

    Be careful collagen and elastin supplements are usually not vegan :(

    Also not effective, just a money grabber!!! Unless you have a pharmacy that can compound progestrone for you… Just a small amount massaged into the abdomen is all it takes, Talk to your physican, may need a prescription.
