  Uhm… they come from the Canary grass plant, they are used to feed birds but in here some people sell them and use them for healthy foods and crackers =) One good thing about living in venezuela is that is pretty easy to find non-processed products =P

  that sounds pretty raw to me. unless of course they are roasted. you could ask someone to see how they dry them out. otherwise, bon appetit!
