Juicing wheat berries

Hi there’s a recipy on this cite for bread that says to pass sprouted wheat berries through a juicer. I just bought a breville juice extracter. Will this work? How do I do it? What will happen?

  • You don’t actaully “juice” the wheat berries. Some juicers come with a blank plate (without holes in it) so it just mushes the wheat berries up real good into kind of a paste. You could use a food processer instead if your juicer doesn’t have the blank plate option. Blank plates on juicers are also used for making your own nut butters.

  • OK ty I’ll use my food processor
