How much sticky willy (goose grass) is too much?

I have tons of sticky willy all over my land. I toss some on the blender every day with other smoothie ingredients.

    no idea what it is. as long as you aren’t noticing anything funny about your health, edible weeds are a gold mine of nutrition…

    but variety is the spice of life. also, since we are in victoria bouchenko mode (sp?), she recommends mixing up the greens because nature’s infinite perfection has made it that not one green has all the nutrients we need, but certain greens are higher in some that others are lower in.

    wow. I know the stuff – too well, its get all over everything, although I have never thought of sticking in the blender – so sorry I am no help but thanks for the tip.
