I think soaking would help. I personally don’t have the patience to soak my nuts. However, when I go to friends houses and we have raw food parties…they soak all of their nuts, and I notice it doesn’t sit heavy in my stomach. Same goes for when I went to Cafe Gratitude…they’re nuts were soaked and I had SO much energy and no gas after eating there…it was amazing.
I think my lesson, and the answer to your question is that soaking would definitely help!!!
Hey…my nuts aren’t better when soaked. I gave up nuts and seeds because of the constipation.
