Sticky Sweetner?

Hello: I’m new to Raw and am just trying out some recipes with my friend Jody. We were looking at an awesome recipe called “Seedy Little Things” and am wondering if sticky sweetner means honey??

    I would guess honey, though I suppose it could be agave or yacon syrup too?

    technically all the sweetners that Lauren1982 said would work. They are all very “sticky”, i like light agave nectar the best it has more of a neutral taste. Good Luck!
