I am on day 2 of the diva detox diet but i’m confused. It seems that the other members are eating normal meals while on this detox. Did i miss something? I somehow got it in my head that this was a detox using green smoothies for every meal. Has anyone else done this detox? Can you please let me know what is accurate? I feel good. Yesterday was the water fast and today is day 2 – i had a green smoothie of Romaine, Pear, Apple and a few grapes. Really good. I think i’m going to do the smoothies for every meal, but i’m not sure if that’s what i’m supposed to do… please help! Thanks!!!

their menu planner lets you eat anything raw so long as its not nuts or avocadoes (fats). Emphasis on smoothies and salads. You can also have lighter fruits..
