I’m a mom transitioning…I need a raw person to teach me raw shopping. I won’t be completely raw but I am mostly now. That’s why I’m being nosey and looking in your refrigerator.
1. Apples, Kale 2. Juicy ripe mango, guacamole 3. Apples, oranges, kale, baby spinach, beets, cukes, carrots….
Oh, I’m so boring but so happy…nothing complicated
Staple: Green smoothies; Favorite indulgence: Raw blueberry cheesecake; 5 things in my refrigerator: greens, oranges, dates, tomatoes, bell peppers, pecans.
