Raw Power supplement powder?

Firstly, I do want to make it clear that I know I don’t necessarily “need” supplements or superfoods or anything like that. I was at my local Elliot’s and saw these on the shelf.

I’m mainly interested because it contains a lot of my favorite things that I like to eat but can’t afford to buy separately, especially maca and hemp. I’m not a serious athlete or anything, but I am pregnant and will be breastfeeding and can use the additional nutrients for sure. I plan to add it to my morning green smoothie.

Has anyone used this and enjoyed it? Or felt better after using it? I can drop the 26 bucks at the health food store on this one thing no problem, but buying maca, chia, hemp oil, ect adds up and seems to go rather quickly. I’d rather just add a scoop to my smoothie and not have to think about it :)

Do you know of a nutritional information listing for this product (or the ‘green’ version that contains the barley grass powder)?

I don’t ‘need’ supplements or superfoods either, I can get my nutrients from real food, but since I tend to slip on getting enough of some of the micro-nutrients, and I definitely need more protein than I typically get (only about 6%-7%, then I end up bingeing every 4-6 days as I start craving it, and my muscles start getting sore), I would not mind something like this to help bolster my deficiencies when I get too busy to keep things in check, and help me avoid the bingeing.

  • stevio- If you scroll down on this page it will show the nutrition facts taken from the label.

I was hoping for more details than that, but they do have the important nutrients listed there. Thanks.

I am planning on ordering a 12 pack of this (gets the cost down to $18/pound) in a few weeks. If you haven’t tried it by then, I’ll let you know what I think.

I am a personal trainer (not currently practicing) and an athlete- runner, yoga, lift weights, pilates. I like to use a few different protein powders to make my smoothies more interesting and get more nutrients. These are a few I use off and on:
