Are juices like nudie juice and other “all-natural” no preservative or sugar juices permissable on a raw program? do they count as raw? only i dont have a juicer!

    Those are all flash pasteurized/heated, so they’re not raw. But some of the chain health food stores have juice bars, so that might be an option. For citrus, you can get a small wooden or plastic reamer like this one at a kitchen store to juice your own really cheaply. Just slice the fruit in half and twist the reamer inside.
