I would say it is pretty impossible to get too much sodium eating whole unseasoned unaltered fresh plant foods. I believe that plant foods are designed to give us perfect amounts of nutrients. Now, if you are taking supplements or eating sodium chloride as in table salt, then yes you could be consuming too much.
Have the olives been seasoned at all?
Dark circles under the eyes are a symbol of too much salt. Kidneys can't process it all.
