I use the saladacco. It is quick to use and very easy to clean, but does not have all of the fancy options that some of the complex ones have. There are two settings and these are fine for everyday use. I use mine just about every day. You might find this link helpful.

I have the saladacco too, and even though its not as fancy as the others, it was a good price and works really well. Whenever there's zucchini or beets in the house I'm always using it.
Saladacco(ish) - although mine is made by MIU, which is a bit cheaper. Here it is on Amazon, but I got mine on eBay for a little less.

It does the job right, but I wish it was smaller for my over crowded kitchen....I love gadgets!!

I've always been curious about the Saladacco, but never got it since it looked like it would break easely. The good thing about my slicer is that it is made of hard plastic and it has suctiony thingies on the bottom to keep it in place.
