Taking Carrot juice to work???

I work at a Organic Vegetable farm. I know vegetable juice oxidizes really fast and it should be drunk right away... but is there any way I could package it so that I can take it to work and drink it within the next 4 hours?

    Use a glass jar with a lid and overfill the jar then put on the lid. You are sealing out the air, which causes oxidation.

    I heard adding a squeeze of lemon helps.

    (Dunno if that's for taste reasons or to do with the oxidation)
