I put flaxseed oil in my vege/fruit smoothies - you can't taste it. Ideally you should take any supplement WITH food or IN food to make sure your body absorbs it well, so If you're taking capsules, take them in the middle of a meal.
I add hemp oil to my smoothies, you can taste it but it tastes nice.
Yeh i add to my fruit smoothies, kinda makes them creamy but i thought you shouldn't take oils & sugar together...
