Help! Family of 6 having a hard time with raw

Hi,

We are finding that one of us constipates with nuts; any suggestions? Also, we are having a hard time with finding it cheap and easy….do you know of any good cheapy natural markets or easier recipes? Thank you-Missa—oh, and can someone explain how to sprout? We really appreciate your time and help; this is something we are determined to do and educating our children to spread their information to all as well:) Have the best day!

    WOW! What support; you guy’s are awesome. Thanks alot and we will definilty be trying that banana snack ….oh, and I totally forgot about prunes; they should do the trick:) The sprouting ; I am going to try over the weekend to do….pray for me:) I am just learning and have not soaked anything yet but am committed to starting this over the weekend to have alot of time to devote to it.
