  • i think you would be happy with Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 people by Jennifer Cornbleet. It is simple and a good way to get started and comfortable with raw food prep.. The other books are good,but more detailed for a novice. chefraw.com

  • you can try a couple of tablespoons agave,some lime juice,avocado,sea salt and mix that with the greens for a creamy dressing..add some refreshing mint or basil..

  • the kyocera hand held..the blade is made of ceramic and is very strong..i use this $25 one more than my expensive steel one..i think you can find them online or at Sur La Table or just google it. chefraw.com

  • cacao butter is awesome..you can melt it in your dehydrator and add it to smoothies,chocolate puddings and cakes…...adds another depth of chocolate flavor…
  • i have never used the vaccum seal bags they sell..i use those containers called Fresh for longer by sharper image..they really work well,berries last longer and so do greens…It’s about $60 for a set and i think that is cheaper than vaccum seal packa…
  • you can use the flourless chocolate cake from jenny cornbleets book and then make a chocolate sauce with cacao and agave and squeeze the sauce inside the cake..
