  • on a nutritional level, id look over what you’re eating and make sure you cover all your essential amino acids in substantial proportions, iron, B12, and your omega 3s and 6s are in the proper ratio.
  • intense sugar cravings could be a symptom of candida, i would ceck that out if i were you. i would not recommend juicing, unless you do green juices…because sweet fruit juices are juice sugar without the fiber, and the fiber is equally as important…
