  • Thyme is great or sore throat! You can drink it as tea and/or you can add some thyme oil to your bath. It is also a good idea to take hot showers or baths. Eukaliptus oil is very good as well. You can eat 3-4 drops of it in a spoonful of honey or ag…

  • I think it’s ok, if you don’t eat too much of it. (As I tend to do with apples) Some fruits are very low in calories such as blueberries, strawberries, grapefruit, gooseberries oranges.

  • Exercise, exercise, exercise, for me! If you can afford you can go to sauna as well. Try to eat a lot of greens and flaxseeds or flaxoil( omega 3 fatty acid) to cut out cravings. Don’t eat as much dried fruits and nuts.

  • For me brown coconut is the only option, as I can’t get the young coconuts here :( Maybe you should have started with a bit les coconut, if you didn’t eat anything heavy lately.
  • I leave mine on the conter or windowsill. If yo reglarly rinse the seeds I think you shouldn’t worry about the bacteria. But if you want to be sure I heard that people add some vitamin C powder to the soaking water. (You can buy it in pharmacies)

  • I have another idea. It might be possible that the flaxoil gone rancid. How long did you store that? I heard that it’s easily go rancid, if it is stored for too long.
  • Maybe it is the radish sprouts! They have a strong cleansing effect and they also clean the gallbladder. You are may experiencing a bilious attack. When I used to eat radish sprouts regularly I also experienced something like you, and I finally foun…

  • Sorry 123! Nowadays I usually soak or sprout my nuts and seeds if I want some pate or dessert, but if I want to eat them in themselves for snack I just eat them as they are.

  • 123, I didn’t mean eat nuts or sprouts, the best if one eats nuts and sprouts, but if someone does’t want to eat much nuts, that person should eat a lot of sprouts and oils to compensate.

  • I went vegetarian, because of my digestion problems, eczema and weight problems. I alwas loved fruits and vegetables and ate a lot of them. I couldn’t even eat any meal without a lot of mainly raw vegetables.

  • Hmm, nuts I don’t know, but seeds like flax, sesame and pumpkin are usually raw, unless the packaging says they are roasted.

  • Mine are raw, because they sprout. I think it is the best way to decide it. Organic seeds, especially if you buy them at the Farmer’s market are the most reliable.

  • Does anyone know if store bought shedded coconuts are really raw???
  • I think you can eat it every day, but in moderation. However it is a superfood, it also contains oxalates, which prevent the absorbtion of nutrients, like calcium. So the best is if you don’t eat cocoa with calcium rich foods such as sesame seeds or…
