  • Hi Jen, I was a big dairy eater too I liked yoghurt so much, it took me a lot of time to get rid of it, something like 6-7 months or so, but finally I managed. Take your time and you will be able to do it if you really want.

  • I think flaxseeds are NOT like other nuts from this point of view! They are just fantastic for your skin, hair and detox as well, they contain a lot of fiber and pectin to help the detox. I love them!

  • Parsley is a great breath freshener because of the clorophyll in it, all plants with lot of clorophyll(sp?) are all good for bad breath.
  • pulses=legumes :)
  • Pulses are not suitable to eat before their tails appear, because the proteaz inhibitors are eliminated only by sprouting(or cooking), soaking is not enough for them!
  • You are very welcome! Oh I forgot that you can add 1-2 cloves of garlic too, if you don’t have social appointments for the day :)

  • I recommend Sante ones! I had been using them for a while, and they are quite good. I like the light pink so much, and I think this products don’t weaken my nails as the most commonly used nail polishes. The company has only natural products.
  • sunshine, nature, nice food, being with my friends, hiking, music, friendly people, watching cities from the airplane,
  • I think that the ideal time is between 15 to 30 minutes, and the best is if you take a break, have a cold shower and go back for another 15-30 minutes.
  • Cooking not only destroys the nutrients, but also our body reacts to cooked food like poison. Here is an article that may help: http://www.rawguru.com/rawvscook.html

  • I think it’s VERY difficult, if possible!!! From my experience the only way you may be able to sprout them is to mix a small amount of flax with a bigger batch of other not mucousy seeds. For example you can use wheatberries, rye, radish, fenugreek…
