  • I would think that the sublingual ones are not working as well because the B12 still has to be absorbed into the body. So if the problem is in the body absorbing the B12 an oral medication isnt much help, im sure it would help some just not as effic…
  • You seem to be eating a good amount of B12 foods maybe your body is just having trouble absorbing it.
