  • either way take care of yourself. sometimes stress on your system lets viruses out. just take it easy, rest and some ginger tea will help. another good transition food is miso soup. do not boil the water as it kills the miso.

  • it is just an old wives tale that the seeds of apples are poisonous? I also eat the skin of kiwis. My grandfather used to eat the skin of oranges and lemons. He was in the navy and they did it to prevent scurvy.

  • my period is always on time. if not i freak out, so i suppose that is a good thing. perhaps some people’s bodies are just more sensitive to diet changes. how diet changes us is different for each person i suppose.

  • yeah that happened to me at a vegan restaurant! the mushroom was slimy and the dressing was too sweet. next time i am in that situation i will order a PLAIN salad with a slice of lemon on the side. that’s it.
  • try fruit and spinach in a green smoothie. spinach has a light flavor so you will probably think it’s ok. some over-rip frozen bananas or mango will mask the flavor.
