  • thank you, it is so nice to have support here, if i told my roomates i couldnt stop eating nuts they would laugh at the fact that nuts are my weakness rather than cake or cookies.

  • If you go to happycow.com and type in Sacramento, it should come up with any vegan restaraunts around that area. :) hope it helps.
  • Not the brown sugar you buy at the big markets, but I dont see a problem with turbinado...although i would recommend honey, agave, or yacon syrup instead...even stevia is better.

  • I tried orange instead of lemon...worked beautifully..I think that lemon juice dcreases the bitter taste more of the kale, but the bitterness wasnt over powering with the orange juice...I also massaged some avocado, braggs, and kelp noodles with it.…

  • That is a good idea...I have been sprouting lentils and buckwheat groats in my dorm room. I put some raw agave and cinnamon with raw lentils in a baggy and carry them around...a very satisfying snack.

  • i make cinnamon rolls! sooo yummy, i mix the almond pulp with ground flax and add some coconut milk until i get a good consistency. For the topping mix agave, cinnamon, and chopped pecans and dehydrate over night...sooo good.
