  • hi..this is a folk remedy in India, people have been using it for ages..But i think it shouldn’t be used very often, as with any other cleanse. sometimes the rate at which some people are trying MC etc etc.., it scares me. Sorry, i didn’t want to so…
  • Wheat and Fenugreek for now…
  • I’d say all kinds of sprouts are SUPERFOODS. Mung beans, Alfalfa, wheat, sesame, fenugreek, buck wheat, millet etc can be sprouted easily without any special equipment. I grow my sprouts (mostly fenugreek, wheat) in soup bowls.

  • Lately, I’m having only Fenugreek soak water or Lime juice with Honey for my breakfast and lunch by 12-12:30. I’m finding breakfast increasingly unnecessary. Having said that, I should also add that I’m a late guy, gets up around 8-8:30, and goes to…

  • Fenugreek sprouts are my staple at Lunch. Wheat sprouts used to be my staple at Dinner until a couple of months ago, but starting them again now. Sesame sprouts are like once-in-a-week. ‘m also planning to introduce Millet sprouts as I heard they he…
  • I’m still learning, but herbal teas may be of some help. Eat as much as you want for a meal and then drink only herbal teas until next meal (typically between lunch and dinner).

  • I think 1 lb almonds per day is a bit on higher side…i may be wrong…try to develop a taste for bananas..they are filling and help you feel stuffed and may reduce your cravings for nuts/fats. i rely on it to satisy my cravings for “fullness feeling”.

  • I eat about 3/4th cup of fenugreek sprouts daily and I like them. I never noticed any smell. In your case, it may go after a period of time.

  • mature coconut has its uses mainly for thick coconut flesh, which can be used to make coconut milk. Flesh can be eaten on its own. But it’s consumption should be moderate as it’s heavy and difficult to digest. The same is true with it’s water.

  • Try Lime & Ginger tea. Ginger is a heating herb and keeps the body warm. Bring a cup of water to boil, switch off and add sliced ginger (about 1-inch piece). Let it sit for 10 minutes and squeeze a lime (or 1/2 a lime if they are bigger) and dri…

  • hi….the only time I use Blender is for making nut milks (once in a while). I don’t use/own any other appliance because simply I don’t need it. Most of the times I find myself eating raw fruits/vegetables/sprouts/sokaed nuts etc. I really don’t bothe…
  • I don’t think gas is a result of detox. Reduce the intake of seeds/nuts/legumes(lentils/chickpeas/beans etc). Also soak/sprout them before you consume.
  • i agree with the negative effects of cacao to some extent. Though it doesn’t cause any hallucinations, it certainly effects the way I think. And all those “highs” and “crashes” are also possible, not as evident as in case of white sugar though. I’d …
