  • I am going to the market in the morning and I am gonna try and make it at least 5 days doing all raw til dinner. I will make sure that my dinners are healthy vegan options even if they are not raw.

  • I will check it out…At this point I need to have a goal of 30 days. I read Raw Food Detox Diet and it helped. I am gonna aim for raw til dinner for most of the week and 100% raw a few days and see how that goes.
