  • No weight loss?

    Hi there! You don't say how old you are... if you have sugar or eating issues, etc...

    If you have eaten fairly clean before starting a new eating practice... you will generally not lose a lot of weight in the beginning. If you have eaten a lot of fast and processed food ... and lots of sodium... you may lose a lot of weight up front. If you are post menopause, weight loss resistant and have sugar issues.... if you switch to a high raw practice generally I say about several pounds a month is average... Your body is doing the hard work of detoxing that impacted belly fat. Better to go by measurement, inches lost and dress size... You can seriously lose 2 dress sizes and maybe just 5 pounds. How you approach raw also counts... If you are consuming a lot of nuts, fruits and sweetners ... you may put on weight. Substitute hemp milk for almond, cut back on nuts and add a tablespoon of EVCO to your morning smoothie. I try to remind myself it is a new lifestyle first off ... the weight will eventually go... xoxo

  • Balsamic Vinegar

    The raw version of vinegar that I use is Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar. You want the unpasteurized with the mother. I use raw ACV especially when I have a low immune system. It alkalizes the system. 2 capfuls in a cup of hot water with 2 droppers of stevia. Also you can add 3 cups to your bath water if you are trying to head off the flu or something...
