    Previously I doesn't know about coconut milk, But after reading an article, i got to know about the benefits of coconut milk and would like to try as well.

    Is there a limit to how many avocados a day you should eat? Would it be okay to eat two? Obviously, I'm new to this and trying to figure things out. I know avocados are a good fat, but I don't want to pork out on them. lol

    A one-ounce serving of avocado contains 45 calories. This fruit is a good option to add to your weight loss diet. So u need not to worry, you can eat accordindly.
