  • Feeling nauseous

So I've been raw for about 2 months. The first month I felt absolutely fantastic, but the second month was more of a struggle. I was starting to crave more solid foods (which I consider to be beans, potatoes, toast, etc). Then yesterday and today I just started to feel nauseous whenever I eat. I remember feeling like this back when I had viral gastroenteritis and so I decided to have some organic whole wheat crackers (when I had viral gastroenteritis all I ate was bread, wheat crackers, and saltines since those were the only foods that didn't upset my stomach). I know that a raw diet isn't for everyone and I'm still experimenting with what works best for my body. Anyone have any advice or has experienced this? I did feel better after eating the crackers so idk, what do you guys think?

  • Bloated stomach?

Hey! I recently became a fully raw vegan on Aug. 24 and been feeling wonderful. Though to be honest, a majority of what I've been eating is fruit (though I do incorporate my greens through smoothies when I have them). But sometimes my stomach, or more specifically my lower abdomen, gets bloated and feels really uncomfortable? I did hear somewhere that you shouldn't eat fats with sugar or something like that, because your stomach requires different enzymes to break down the fats and sugar which can cause bloating. If anyone knows more about that, it'd be helpful because I really can't remember where I heard that from or if I'm even remembering it correctly. I did have an apple with raw almond butter a couple hours ago if that helps give you insight with what I've recently eaten.
