    GTs Ginger Kombucha

    The cinnamon Banana Pancakes with 2 honey soaked plums, banana, coconut, cacoa nibs & a bit of maple syrup.

    Decaf coffee (organic & fair trade) w/ honey & hemp milk. I'm coming off a serious caffeine/coffee addiction. I made for two weeks with no coffee, just tea, and then I realized I had a bag of decaf in my cupboard, and I have been experiencing serious cravings for days now. so i indulged.

    Cup Green Tea

    Smoothie of braggs apple cider health drink (acv, apple juice, cinnamon, stevia) 10 strawberries, 3 bananas, 1 apple, and 1/2 serving source of life . . .

    Salad = spinach, chard, carrot, alfalfa sprouts, zucchini, 1/4 avocado, coconut amions, & dressing (olive oil, green onion, agave, acv)

    can of the kombucha wonder drink, green tea style

    1 Himalayan raw honey chocolate peppermint patty. i have three more. i might eat them if i'm craving late night snack.
