  • Aging and Face Routine Help!

    Try blending coconut oil with aloe vera gel. I've been using that for a while and it really moisturizes without getting to heavy. On occasion I add a bit of baking soda for a scrub. That helps rejuvenate my skin. I just ran out of my mixture yesterday and am trying out olive oil. It's alright but doesn't smell nearly as good!

  • why are so many on this site afraid of fruit?

    I eat primarily fruit and greens but I absolutely HAVE to get some fats in order for my hair and skin to be healthy. Maybe it's because I live in the midwest but seriously, it gets dry here. I love my fruits and greens though and I rarely eat nuts and seeds if ever. I get my fat from occasional avocados as well as some olive oil.

  • Juice or smoothie to start the morning?

    I can’t handle massive smoothies with a hundred fruits but I add a bit of coconut oil and that helps alot!

    my smoothies: 1banana 1apple a cup of berries(usually frozen) dab of honey scoop of coconut oi a handful of spinach or other greens water
