Sweet Adeline's Thoughts
By Sweet Adelinesauerkraut contains a bountiful harvest of pre-digested proteins and sugars abundant with enzymes to help you digest your food. cabbage has vitamin U,good for healing the digestive track. restore pH and friendly intestinal flora with this super nutritious food! it is a wonderful food for people healing from alchoholism and other gastrointestinal ailments. sauerkraut is one of the most impoortant foods of our time. we have almost no friendly fermented food in our diet today and a lack of friendly intestinal flora is the root of all disease. it's cheap, super easy to make and contains hundreds of millions more healthy bacteria than a storee-bought liquid acidophilus product
