sugar cravings are normally related to low calcium. you should holler at some mustard greens, turnip greens, lambsquarter, okra, or parsley (my fave!). go heavy on greens for a few days, and see if your sugar cravings clear up. it usually works like a charm. :)
and celery, too!
i'll give it a try! though im not sure it is calcium, i've been getting alot fo that.
sweet fruit takes care of sugar cravings. i find i get sweet cravings if i don't eat enough fruit.
