!!??crispy??!! zucchini chips??

why the heck can't I seem to get my Zucchini chips to ever turn out crispy? they are always chewy no matter what recipe I use. IDEAS?? Thanks :)

    have you tried salting them and letting the water drain off?

    Has anyone had success? My zucchini chips are always a bit bendy. I would love to try a new method.
