Chris and I have decided to start on the path to raw food life style. We've been transitioning over for the past two weeks and feeling pretty good most of the time. But having a big problem figuring out how to get enough protein into my husband. He 32 years old, 6'10 and around 300lbs (part of the raw food is in hopes of getting to a healthier weight). And he works in a warehouse where he's super physical. What can I do to help? How can I help get him "full" so he doesn't feel like he needs to eat more junk. Any suggestions would be much much appreciated.
