Are you sure that you need loose weight?
I’m 4’-10” tall, and weigh 230 pounds…what do you think?
I began an intense, 2 times per week boot-camp based exercise class last week. I will also be adding back 30 minutes on the elliptical each morning (5:30 am…UGHHH) once my muscles recover from ‘boot-camp’
I’ve begun a food diary as well. If things don’t change I think I might need to go to my doctor and get a referral to an endocrinologist…this just seems wierd!

I will switch to a veggie juice instead of fruit in the am (has anyone ever used frozen veggies to create a frozen green smoothie?), and concentrate my efforts on vegies rather than fruit, and see how that goes.
Before I discovered the frozen fruit smoothie in the am, I was juicing greens (spinach or lettuce/cucumber or celery) with apples in the morning, but the clean up for the juicer was delaying my mad dash out the door…guess I’ll have to get up at 5:15 instead of 5:30! ;-)
