so i have never been raw or a vegan or anything like that..just have been german all my life..;-)..ok..not kidding now. I did a detox for 3 weeks and i did SOO good for being a milk drinker and meat eater and a big fan of Jack in the box (i think only exist in TX..or not?!)..i did really good and felt great, now the detox is over and i have to say i am not really craving all the stuff i ate before but i caught myself eating a pretzel at the mall and drank some “organic” milk with coco puffs (at least from whole foods) today and last night my husband brought me chicken fajita pita from jack in the box cause he was soo proud of me..lol. I wasnt even “starving” for that stuff and I dont really want to put all kinds of shit back into my body. Can I get a boost or some kind words..so i know it happened to others before. And why in the world did I even ate that when i had no cravings for it.
