Lasagne - Zuchini = ?

I want to make lasagne, but me and zuchini are not friends. I have a bad reaction to it. It makes me vomit when it’s raw.

Are there any suggestions for what I can make the layers out of? Please don’t suggest another guord.

  • you can use different types of tomatoes and layer it with very thin lengthwise slices of cucumber, and rounds of onions and peppers.
