    I love dried fruit, but I try to use it sparingly. I use it for sweetness and/or texture, like when I add dates or raisins to a recipe. I also like to add goji berries to trail mix on the go, and I eat dried figs a lot because their season is so short. Figs are my favorite fruit, so I have to have them year-round.

    I really enjoy organic unsulfured dried apricots, as well as dried apples and figs. But the minute I read humanimal’s comment, I stopped snacking on my apricots!!

    Humanimal: I always thought bananas were constipating, that’s why I don’t eat them. I guess you would be the expert on setting this thought of mine. Are they fine for you? Thanks :)

    I always eat organic Dry fruits apricots, Walnuts, Almods as well as dried apples and figs. because these are so healthy food and if you eat dry fruits daly basis with enough quantity you will get good health source. 

    Here i m sharing a list of five commonly available and super-nutritious dry fruits that should be consumed every day for all the health benefits.

    Dried fruits are my second love. dried fruit contains about everything found in the original fruits (polyphenols included), except the water. So it's true they have a higher sugar/volume ratio, but they still make a better snack than many other crappy stuff.

     Yes, I think dry fruits are best for people going to gym as they are rich in protein and fiber. I recently tried dry fruits from www.happilo.com and they were amazing!

    I love dried fruit. Usually, I used freeze dried fruits float to make drink. It is no sugar, natural sweet and definitely raw.
